Custom Cutlery for Your Collection

Custom Order Policy

Custom orders are welcome. Custom orders generally take 1-2weeks from the time they make it to the head of the list for production. The time on the production list varies depending on how many projects are on the production list.  My policy on custom orders starts with a conversation via phone or email to discuss what you are looking for in a knife, also to get a price for the project. Once the concept is set for your knife, your project will go on the production list in the order you have arrived.

  When the your project comes to the head of the list, we will have a phone meeting to discuss the details of your project again to make sure that we are on the same page with your knife and that you will receive a blade that you will love. At that time you will be required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to begin work. When work is complete the balance for the project plus shipping cost will be due. When final payment is received, the knife will be shipped out to you.

 

Warrantee Policy

All my knives have a lifetime warrantee (My Lifetime).

If there is ever a problem with one of my knives send it back to me and I will take care of it. Also cleaning and sharpening of one of my knives is always available at no charge, just shipping cost, just get it back to me and I will take care of it and get it back to you as soon as possible.
